I have been reading “Body RX” by A. Scott Connelly, M.D.
Dr. Connelly offers helpful advice to help people improve their physiques, build stronger muscles and sculpt nice bodies.
He says that “traditional weight-loss programs emphasize the word loss.” But he believes “this reflects a very negative, self-defeating approach that is doomed to failure.”
From Dr. Connelly’s book I’ve come to realize the impact that protein has on our bodies. Before I started my diet, I was eating very little protein. My diet consisted mostly of fruit, vegetables, caffeine and carbohydrates, and even though I ate very little, I was really big. Now that I’m getting in my protein I’m seeing excellent results.
I’m not sure how Dr. Connelly feels about Celebrity Diet Pills, but my belief is to use whatever works best for you. Cherry pick from the best resources. That has to be about the best way to empower yourself to be successful with a diet.
Know that ultimately you are in control. Take the advice that works and do something with it to transform your body into everything it can possibly be!
